A while ago when I was looking for a job, I was applying at a local grocery store company in my state. I was viewing their benefits and they ment “free health insurance”. In the back of my mind, i was thinking how on earth does a grocery store afford to give their employees free health insurance? I actually never worked at the place because i was hired elsewhere shortly after. But how does that work? There has to be a catch right? I also currently serve in the Army reserves and i get my family’s health care through tricare and only pay $228/month if that helps at all
