I get paid primarily from commission so it’s hard to estimate my income accurately.
Let’s say that I estimated my income to be under 250% of the Federal Poverty Level, but I end up making just over 250%. I know I’d have to pay back the premium subsidy, but would I have to pay back the cost share reduction subsidies if I were to hit my deductible and out of pocket maximum?I have Crohn’s disease, so hitting the deductible and out of pocket maximum is pretty much guaranteed, so I really can’t mess this up.
