Back again! Texas, Blue Cross Blue Shield

I will keep it short. Thank you for all of your advice on my other post. I am trying to decide on which plan to go with (all are HMOs) and am stuck between one that has a higher premium and coinsurance (40 %)but a way lower deductible ($750). The second one is about a hundred bucks less a month and 6k higher deductible but 0% coinsurance once I reach the deductible. My question is if I plan to use this insurance for medication, doctors visits, fertility, etc meaning I will likely reach the 6k deductible, what is a better option for me overall? It seems as though it would be more expensive up front because I am paying out of pocket until I reach that deductible, but after that I would essentially be saving money. Or is that naive? Is it a silly gamble to take that I will definitely reach my deductible? Thanks all!
