Can I trust iwebqoutes?

So I’m having to look for health insurance to cover my medication as I have a rather costly health condition and the one I got from my parents is about to run out. Curious I clicked on a quotes site and hesitantly put in the info (address, date of birth) it asked for a quote. Before I could even see the info on the site I got a call. After telling my income after taxes he said I should qualify for my states Medicaid and that was that (not sure if the taxes bit plays a part in the insurance). About 5 minutes later I got another call, from the same number, though it did sound like a different guy. He asked how much I make an hour and rough hours and went with the number be got. He started looking into plans and found an Anthem silver plan that he said is in the hundreds in price (don’t remember the number, sorry), but said he could get it for me for $85 a month. That immediately set my radar off. It covers quite a bit and most of the payment for my medication as well as giving me other benefits that seem way too good for the price I was given. He sent me an email with all the info. But he asked for my social and bank info over the phone which set my radar into overdrive. I’m worried about being able to cover my medication, but I don’t want to risk screwing my whole life over by this, so I would like some advice about the whole situation.
