My boyfriend is diabetic, has Florida Blue insurance through his employer, and lives in Texas.
SB827 just passed which limits insulin copays for Texans with insurance, but will having Florida-based health insurance exclude my boyfriend from these benefits?

Will the benefits of this bill go into effect when the bill does, on 9/1/21, or not until the following year’s policy is active?
