Are there ANY associations that offer ACA-compliant health insurance?

I really need a nationwide provider network – so the individual marketplace plans are worthless to me since everything outside of my home state is considered out-of-network.

I do not care about not getting subsidy. I don’t qualify for it regardless. Nationwide provider network is significantly more important to me.

I always heard that you could get group insurance through associations, but all the associations that popular search results give as examples have either discontinued their plans since the ACA was passed or they’re offering non-ACA compliant plans that are also pretty worthless since they won’t cover pre-existing conditions when you purchase it and renew it. These non-aca compliant plans aren’t even allowed to be sold in many states.

I’d strongly prefer if a plan was offered by a big name with a large network, like Aetna, UHC, etc. But I’m desperate enough to consider others as well.
