Transition from Group to Indivdual Insurance

I recently retired. I was on a plan at my workplace. At retirement, I switched to a private plan (August 2020) using the same insurance company, Anthem Blue Cross. When I call, their system automatically captures my phone number and routes me to the group people. They can’t find me and tell me my insurance is no longer valid. I explain and give them my new ID numbers. It takes them about a half hour to worm their way through the system and get someone to help me.

My agent has called. I have called. No one knows what to do. If I could find a number for their IT department I would call them. As a former IT guy, I am wagering that someone there would know what the problem is. Does anyone have an another idea?
