My fiancé currently has Medi-share right now, and has been trying to cancel his account for two weeks now. Every time he’s called them to get it cancelled, someone always puts him on hold for an hour or so, then it goes straight to the customer service survey at the end of the call. He’s written them an email, and waiting to hear back from them.
Just wondering if anyone has any advice or insight on getting out of Medi-share, because it seems like calling them hasn’t been working.
