Can anyone share a link to the best resource for learning about health insurance in the US? I would prefer something that is patient-centric versus system-centric. Something that describes generally where to obtain insurance (marketplace vs employer), types of insurance (HMO, PPO), co-pays, deductibles, out-of-pocket/network costs, and maybe advice on how to choose the best plan for you.
