best health insurance option for career change w2 no benefits?

I’m 27 f from AZ and changing careers from social work to IT. However, with my new IT job, which pays $19/hr on w2, there are no benefits, which means I will lose my current employer provided insurance.

I am eligible for COBRA but it looks like it’s very expensive post quitting my job. What are my options for getting private/government insurance for my max budget of $300/month?

I am a homeowner and support my 2 parents, both of whom live with me and are retired.
