I accepted my first real job and trying to figure out what healthplan to pick. I’m not sure what a VBP really even is but a quick google review shows it to help save the payer money. I do know what BCBS is and have used them in the past(when on my parents plan). My question is, I don’t go to the doctors often at all, but I do take medicine daily for anxiety and sleep with a cpap machine. The BCBS is almost exactly 2x more expensive than the VBP. Wit the information giving can anyone tell me if BCBS is worth the upcharge or should I go with VBP. Thanks in advance
