New job w/ two options to choose from

I recently accepted a new job and, while I don’t start until next month, I wanted to get a jump on choosing my benefits. I’ve been at the same job for the past twelve years and, while they had two choices to pick from, it was clear as to which one was “good” and which one was “better.” Not so much here.

The premiums for both plans are covered by the employer for both myself and my family, so no concerns regarding premium costs. It is me, my wife, and my three children. No major health issues.

I’ve checked, all of my doctors are in-network.
