Hi there, I’m 22 years old, married, and live in Oregon. My dad is in Oklahoma and has free union insurance, which is BCBS of Illinois for some reason. My Oregon medicaid (broke college kid) won’t cover anything until the BCBS is billed. I’ve had this medicaid for two or more years with no issue til now. I am married and therefore legally unable to even be on his insurance, and I haven’t spoken to him since 2014 and do not have access to ANY of the BCBS info to even get myself off his insurance, neither has he tried to send me anything to my knowledge, my mailman knows to return to sender. I have no way to contact him, and the BCBS customer service line sent me in robot circles and hung up on me multiple times, I never got to a human. And what I don’t get is that my new legal name is completely changed, like totally different from the name he would have me under. The social security shouldn’t match up anymore! How do I fix this? TIA.
