I have an interview coming up with them. I was told to study up on the company beforehand, but I don’t know much about health insurance or how it works so their website still has me confused as to what exactly the service they provide is. It’s not relevant to my position as I’ll just be doing data entry, so prior knowledge isn’t really necessary, but I was told to be prepared to answer some questions about the company during the interview so I’m doing my research.
