Hey y’all, hoping someone has experienced this before. I got a new job and cancelled my healthcare.gov insurance on 7/16 for cancellation to take effect on 7/31.
My insurance provider still has me listed as active and has billed me twice since then. I’m wondering does it normally take this long for them to get info from the government? Not sure who I should be calling as I’ve already called my insurance provider twice and they told me to just keep waiting? Should I reach out to healthcare.gov and give them a call?
