Can’t find BCBS full explanation of 100% covered procedure codes anywhere

Apologizes for the basic question, but I’m sort of a health insurance newbie. I have a PPO plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. I’m looking to find what specific things are covered at 100% under my plan.

On the BCBS portal, there is a section that says “what’s covered” and it lists general things that are covered at 100%, like colonoscopy, routine blood work, well woman visits, contraceptive devices, etc. but It doesn’t go into specifics.

I am confused because when I had an IUD placed, everything was covered at 100% except the ultrasound that was done at the appointment. When I called to ask why, they said I only have 1 ultrasound covered at 100% per year. That level of detail is not listed anywhere on the portal. I assumed it would be covered because it was all part of the same appointment.

Am I missing something? How can I see a full list of each procedure that’s covered, rather than just a general category? I want to avoid this in the future. Thank you for any guidance.
