I have an explanation of benefits and MLR checks from a health insurance company for a policy I wasn’t aware of. I haven’t lived in the US in over a decade. What should I do?

Should I cash these MLR Rebate checks? I have a policy number and everything and I was sent something showing that I had blood work paid for by the insurer, which isn’t true because I paid it out of pocket already when I was visiting the US.
