My current medical insurance is paid out of pocket with the Massachusetts Health Connector. Since last fall, I was reimbursed every month for 50% through my employer. I’m not with that employer any more; and my next employer isn’t allowed to cover me until 60 days later.
In the interim, should I stay where I am (which is a good plan) or should I downgrade to a lower premium (and obviously a not-as-good plan)? I assume I’ll stay where I am, so why should I switch?
