I stupidly didnt even look at the forms (attest and request) you needed to send in but just sent it in today and enrolled in COBRA and made the payment yesterday (great timing I know) lol.
Am I SOL or will a refund be possible? I talked to my provider (payflex) and they said I would get a refund when they get those forms processed but I am not too inclined to believe them
