If I submit “other insurance coverage” to my primary insurance, will any bills be automatically sent to them?

I am a 24 y/o employee (1) enrolling in work insurance, AND (2) staying on parents’ insurance.

My work benefits enrollment plan needs me to put in my secondary insurance information including primary policy holder: https://imgur.com/a/Yonx4Oi

This is my question:

Once I submit information about my secondary insurance, if I go to any doctors, will anything relating to those visits be automatically sent to / billed to my secondary insurance? For example, if my primary insurance doesn’t cover a visit, will they automatically reach out to my secondary insurance about it?

(Context: I have a family member who is erratic, violent, and extremely conservative. They currently receive an EOB whenever I utilize that secondary insurance. I need to know if, if I write my secondary insurance information on this form, they will receive an EOB for anything.)

More detail: I was wanting to only use my secondary insurance for certain things (like PCP visits), and not for others (like anything mental health or sexual health related). I assumed that at the doctor’s office, you can choose whether to give them both cards or only one, and that determines whether there is communication with the secondary insurance. Is that correct, or can there be communication with secondary insurance about anything once you put your info on this form?

And FWIW I do know I can have EOB sent to me, that just wouldn’t help in this particular case so I’m trying to get this other question answered.

Thank you for any information!
