For gods sake…. what the hell is wrong with the Mass Health Connector….?
They have requested proof of my income for the last 6 months and I’ve sent them every possible document that I have including my 50 page tax return document. I’ve actually sent multiple documents twice or three times. All of a sudden I log on today and my Income has been manually updated to a number far less than what I make. (I did not do this) What on earth is wrong with this organization…. What gives?
