Accessibility: Tab Order

Hello –

I am attempting to create a sidebar to include program controls, such as “Next” (i.e., next slide), “Back” (i.e., previous slide), and “CC” (i.e., enable closed captions). I would like this to appear on every slide for the remainder of the project. However, the tab order does not seem to ‘stick’ with it. As in, I adjusted the tab order on the first slide where it is placed, but the tab order reverses on all remaining slides and because the timing is set to “Rest of Project”, it does not allow me to adjust the Tab Order anywhere but the first slide it appears.

Additionally, I have tried to create the same sidebar via the “Master Slide” view, but found I cannot manipulate the multi-state buttons as I can in the filmstrip view.

Any recommendations?

TLDR; You cannot manipulate tab order on buttons set to “Rest of Slide” timing, and you cannot manipulate multi-state buttons in the “Masterslide” view.
