What does “Plan Paid” mean?

I’m assuming it means that it is what the insurance company is going to pay, but I just want to double check. (They are closed all weekend long).

I’ve been having trouble getting the insurance to cover a treatment I had done. Something about how the Dr need to file my record a certain way and after months of waiting the “denied” claimed moved to “approved” with code *00135, and *00327.

Under “Allowed by Plan” is says 0.00 but then “Plan Paid” has the total cost minus my $40 copay.

So that is why I’m confused.

The amount under “Plan Paid” is what the insurance is going to cover, right? So I should be getting a check from them since I had to use a credit card to pay for my treatment since my insurance doesn’t do pre-approvals.
