Bank balance for Medicaid

I recently got approved for Medicaid. (Age 26, no income because I’m not working currently, living with parents who don’t claim me as dependent)

On my application, I mentioned I have no income but the application did not ask anywhere about my bank balance (or if it did, I didn’t see it and wrote 0)

However, I have about $7500 in my bank savings account. Was I supposed to report this somewhere? Am I allowed to have this much? Can I transfer money out of the account to meet the upper limit?

I do not want to get in trouble and did not know if there was a savings limit or anything for Medicaid application.
