Hello, I’m an incoming college student who was looking to start investing into stocks. The issue is, my parents said that I will go to jail for investing in stocks while under Medi-Cal. How accurate is this?
I’m currently 18 and qualify for Medi-Cal under my parents’ income. I saw that there was an assets limit of $2000 for those using medi-cal, does this apply to those under 21 years of age?
