My income went down to $400.00 around 20,800 yearly combined with my spouse income is around 38,000 yearly with have a newborn and have healthinsurance thru getcovered nj. My question is i dont want medicaid. But since my income went down do i have to get it if qualify based on my income? I live in NJ
