So I just recently turned 26 and I got kicked off my parents health insurance. my mother has 1199 SEIU and I would like to stay on but when I asked they said something about I would have to pay over 1000$? Which is weird to me
So I was wondering does anyone know any other insurances they can suggest to me
I live in New York and I need it usually to visit the doctor, dentist, Obgyn and chiropractor
Also I’m scared that if I get into a car accident and I have no insurance I’ll be in big trouble and pay big fees or even to do a COVID test it’s pretty pricey out of pocket
I heard Medicaid wasn’t the best and Blue cross blue shield was somewhat okay
I would appreciate any suggestions and if possible the benefits of those health insurances, thank you!
