New insurance charging me for a service I had on old insurance???

I used to live in WA and had WA medicaid while I was unemployed. In May, I had an ultrasound to check if I had uterine fibroids (I didn’t) and it was covered by medicaid except a $20 copay. In June I moved to IL. Last month I got a job with insurance benefits. Now I get a bill for $93 for that previous service under the new insurance, not the old one. I decided to look further and it seems like there are more claims for other services I had in WA that were covered by medicaid that I now might have to pay, apparently due to them being “out of network”? I have no idea how to contest this or if I even can. I’m so confused. Help?
