I lost two therapists for my kid because they got tired of fighting with Anthem Blue Cross to get paid. After months of struggling and failing to find a new in-network provider, they finally extended a single provider agreement with an out-of-network therapist that I found. Guess what!! They have denied every single claim that’s been submitted since April 2021. The therapist keeps calling and Anthem Blue Cross keeps offering suggestions to fix the previous claims, but every single time they deny payment.
If you have any choice in health insurance companies, stay clear of Anthem Blue Cross. They are pure evil.
