I have Anthem BCBS and I live and work in Vermont. Costco Hearing Aids is not in their network. I have been using Costco for the past 7 years. Is there a way I can have an insurer treat an out-of-network provider as in-network? This is the first time my insurance will provide hearing aid coverage. I’ve googled, but I’m not sure what I should be looking for. Thanks for any help!
