My friend is diagnosed with Leukemia recently and she does not currently have any health insurance. I wonder what is the best option that she has? She is capable of affording health insurance premium on her own but is there any insurance out there that covers this?
From my little amount of understanding of our healthcare system this would be considered pre-existing condition and would not be covered?
