My employer-sponsored health insurance plan covers either a well woman exam with a gynecologist or an annual physical with a general practitioner with no cost sharing, but will not cover both at no cost in a single year. I’m just wondering how common this is in health insurance. My old plan would cover both in a single year so this change is pretty disappointing.
