I stepped down from my full time grocery store job earlier this year to pursue a career in another field. I found a great job for experience, but it is only part time. I absolutely abhor my grocery store job and want to quit. I still have insurance through the end of the year, and can qualify for next year if I work ~20 a week. However I want to quit ASAP for many reasons.
I need health insurance. How do I go about getting health insurance without getting completely jipped? I have good health insurance atm through my employer. Is there any way I can stay on with that company even though I wouldn’t be employed with that company? Who should I talk to about this?
