My employer only offers an HSA if you choose the HMO. I’ve always liked the flexibility of POS but I don’t want to give up the compounding with HSA.
Any thoughts? I’m late 20s with no current health issues, but always fearful for the worst. Like if I need to visit a doctor immediately, don’t want to wait for a referral from my doc.
