I am coming off of an HDHP plan with a $2,000 deductible at my last company. I typically do the annual physical and 2x a year dental cleaning and nothing really else besides that, so much, of my investments into my HSA is now just sitting/growing in my HSA account (and investments).
My new company has HDHP plans but the deductible is $3,000 ($1k more than previous company).
My new company also offers 100% coverage of PPO plans which seems fine too with $25 copay for most visits.
Is HDHP for the most part a better choice for someone like me that never needs any sort of regular medication or visits doctors frequently?
