I am supposed to get reimbursed for out-of-network services now that I’ve met my deductible. I’ve sent in claim forms twice, both times a big group of them together, and both times BCBS says they never received them. I even paid for tracking last time but unfortunately lost the receipt with the tracking number. I’m extremely frustrated by this system. Has anyone else had a problem trying to send claim forms to the MA address? I sent one group of them months ago and another 3 or 4 weeks ago. I know I can fax them but I don’t want to have to go to Staples and pay for faxing. I’m just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem (since it would show a problem with their PO Box address). Thanks.
