I have delta dental ppo through my employer which ended on 09/30. My service was before 09/30 and claims were processed and in the bill that I got yesterday they wrote that pending balance after claims need to be paid by me.
I also got the EoB that says my payment should only 50 which is my deductible.But I have already paid them 200dollars.
I am going to call the dentist office and insurance Monday but I can’t get a shuteye from yesterday.
This is my first visit to a dentist in US and god I don’t understand what other steps I can take other than checking if doctor is in network or not.From yesterday I learnt that accepting insurance is not same as in network. What is this shit fucking system?
I hate this health care system.
