Insurance Choice For Pregnancy

Open enrollment is coming at the end of the month and I’m having a hard time navigating whether to maintain the high deductible HSA plan I currently have ($74/wk) or switch to the co-pay PPO ($134/wk). Located in MA if that matters, and would plan to conceive and give birth in same year to condense costs. Pregnancy will most likely be c-section as she has already had a c-section in the past.

High Deductible Family

$74/wk — $3,848/yr

$4,000 Deductible

$1,000 Employer Contribution to HSA

$10,000 Max OOP

20% co-insurance after deductible

PPO Family

$134/wk — $6,968/yr

$2,000 Deductible

$10,000 Max OOP

I would appreciate any help choosing here – I’m over my head trying to figure out these numbers and I see positives to both options.
