Just turned 26, switched from my parents insurance to MediCal. How do I transition to employer insurance without losing coverage?

I am currently unemployed, but looking for jobs since I just got my masters. I just qualified for MediCal and am in the process of choosing a plan, but got a letter today saying I need to notify if I have a life/income change (which makes sense).

How do I switch over to a potential new employer’s insurance without losing coverage since most companies make u wait 90 days before u can enroll in their health insurance plans? I’m expecting to be employed in the next 3 months.

I’m kind of confused about the whole process in general.

Edit: 26, live in LA, income (0, lol I’m unemployed.) Also, I’m 100% sure I wont qualify for MediCal after getting my new job due to the salary.
