been trying since yesterday and i keep running into the same issues. no matter where I log in it redirects me to this page where I have to re-type my login information, which then starts to load another page for a second or two before bouncing me back into the login page in a loop. disabled ad blocks and all that, tried on different browsers (microsoft edge takes me to an error page after I log in), nothing works. didn’t see any comments online/social about other people having trouble. damn I’m trying to give you money let me log in bcbsil
it also doesn’t let me use the enter key after I punch in my username & pw, I have to manually click the login button…
i tried logging in on my phone and it did work there so solution found but, call me a luddite, I hate doing anything monetary or financial on my phone
