I have blue cross blue shield ppo insurance through my husband’s work. I’m trying to make an appointment with Gyn to talk about female sterilization. It says on their website they don’t require a referral but your insurance might. I can’t find anywhere on the website on if i would or not and I don’t even know how I would word that on the phone given I need to call. Has any one dealt with bcbs on stuff like this?
