out of pocket max is $2000
assume a covered person needs an appendectomy
benefit details say:
Appendectomy: Not to exceed $2,500 per Covered Person per Coverage Period
the doctor bill is $20,000
what would i have to pay?
i really do not understand how deductible works with out of pocket max and this ‘not to exceed $2500’ thing
