I was on my father’s insurance PPO plan until I was 27 and I never had any issues with doctors or getting adequate treatment. After that I was put on Medicare due to disability and for years, I have dealt with dismissive doctors. The past year my health has been declining and I have been having a hard time getting appointments with anyone and getting answers while I keep getting worse. I got married last year and my husband wants to get insurance but he is from Europe and doesn’t really understand how insurance works here, neither do I (as my parents always set everything up for me before). Any help please.
