I plan to see a lot of specialist over the next year. I have only had HMO and have 0 experience with PPO.
HMO has the standard copay for specialist and PCP visits. PPO is 10% for primary and specialist care. I am really interested in PPO because I won’t need the referral and can just walk in what I want, but will the price be worth it? I plan to be making a lot of visits into specialists next year.
