Me and my wife got married a month in a half ago. She just found out that her insurance is going to go up $400 a month next since we got married. I already did my open enrollment but now my wife is wanting to get on my insurance. When her coverage runs out at the end of the year will I be able to add her to mine? Does that count as Involuntary loss of coverage? My insurance only allowed us to change our insurance 30 days after marriage and we didn’t know we had a short notice so we missed that timeline.
