So I had a accident outside of work about a year ago, I complained to my boss at the time about my injury and they sent me to a doctor to get checked out. They said they will cover the first visit but will not be able to cover any other visits after that. I did not get this in writing So I went there for a to get checked out and learned what exercises to do to feel better. When I got back to work I had a bill sent to my house but brought it to work but they haven’t paid for it. It’s been over a year and they had collections call me to pay the bill personally. I’ve tried to call the office but their automated phone system is terrible and I can never get through to the right person to get my insurance to pay for it. I’ve called both my insurance and the office but neither one has really helped me. One guy said to submit a claim online but it’s extremely confusing to do it and I feel its purposely made so. So should I call the office again and try to give my insurance? or should I just suck it up and pay about $500 dollars for one visit. I’m very worried it will not be covered and can eventually effect my credit score.
