In your Affinity by Molina Healthcare insurance card, it does not state your Identification Number.
The CIN# is the same as the Identification Number.
Vice-versa with non-medicaid cards, Identification Number is the same as the CIN#.
CIN# and Affinity by Molina Healthcare Identification Number, are both the same. (No way for clients and Health Facilities to know that.)
On the Medicaid Managed Care: Affinity by Molina Healthcare card, it does not state the Identification Number.
– It only states the CIN# number. Thus, the Identification Number is unknown on the card.
My dad’s health institutions did not know that the CIN# and Affinity By Molina Healthcare ID# are the same. Since both are originally supposed to be different identification inputs.
