Aetna seem to have updated their app or systems with an infuriating loop:
You can’t get to the full set of features (like the message center, for example) except by using the website and not the iPhone app. But when you click the link to the “member website” from the app, it opens Safari, asks you to log in, and then when the website loads in the browser it automatically opens up the app and redirects you back to there.
So you can’t use the extra features on the phone.
This seems like a new bug — didn’t used to happen. Any workaround or fix?
