I was having concerning and chronic pain from a suspected sports injury, and instead of sending me to a specialist straight away I had to have around 20 visits with unnecessary procedures and irrelevant testing by primary care physicians to be seen by a doctor that could help me. Some visits, I had to wait 1-2 months for. It took an entire eleven months to be seen by a physician that could actually help me, and I had to fight the entire way while hardly being able to walk.
