I currently have health coverage through BCBS Anthem and Medicaid. I have had Medicaid for years, but just go BCBS Anthem in August 2021. The past few months I have been receiving EOBs from BCBS Anthem for services/procedures I had performed and covered by Medicaid earlier this year (like months before I got BCBS Anthem). The EOBs show how much money is still owed to the provider, but Medicaid has already fully covered the cost. Why am I receiving these?
